3. Transfer the dough to a bowl and let cool slightly. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.

4. Using a piping bag or spoon, pipe or scoop the dough into small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the profiteroles are golden brown and puffed.

6. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

8. Make a small hole in the side of each profiterole and pipe the chocolate cream inside.

9. For the ganache, heat the cream in a saucepan until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate until melted and smooth.

10. Drizzle or dip the filled profiteroles in the chocolate ganache.
